Barkley-Ruiz Teams Up with
UIW MiniGems

Teacher Mr. Cahill and Librarian Mrs. Spicer have teamed up with University of the Incarnate Word's Dr. Michael Frye and the UIW MiniGems program to launch Barkley-Ruiz's first, girls robotics club.

PALS Winter Celebration

Barkley-Ruiz PALS celebrated the end of the first semester by having an end of year party, in the library, in December. Students had treats while discussing plans for community service in the Spring Semester. Some service includes volunteering with the food pantry as well as tutoring students in primary grades.
